Reflections of another…

Back to another semester of E-learning!!!

With the assessable component of this subject being the design of an e-learning training course, im looking forward to utlising some of the knowledge i will hopefully gain throughout the subject in my new role at work. : )

I’m starting work on some training (classroom based) not e-learning for the the Credit Union i work for, Encompass. While we have done some work on learning theory in previous subjects; learning styles, lifelong learning and motivation applying some of these principles to e-learning will not only be challenging but useful for when we have to apply some of the theory if and when we begin to design training no matter what the mode of delivery.
