Week Five…

Posted by Kate in E-Learning Project Design

At this stage of the project my role is a bit more like a ‘team worker’ we’ve been assigned parts of the templates to complete and it is important to get them done to align with the rest of the team.  It has become clearer over the pats wee or so that some team members are working harder than others. While initially this can be quite frustrating I think it’s important to understand that everyone has different desired levels of achievement and different ideas about how much effort they need to put in. I think this has particularly become more obvious recently because there are times when extra work needs to be done to more forward and only a few people are putting their hand up to do it.

Moving on to Module Two

Posted by Kate in E-Learning Project Design

The current issues that are facing me as a team member at the moment are mainly staying focused on completing the requirements for module two and determining what information is needed in each of the templates.

Overall the team is working well together, however some are working harder than others. Some aspects of the agreement are beginning to not be followed such as individual weekly reports and checking the discussion board on UTSonline as regularly as we agreed upon. This is something that we will have to discuss in upcoming team meetings.
